Food Grade Potato Granules are dehydrated potato granules produced from selected potatoes for industrial food applications requiring good flowability, low stickiness and stable rehydration performance. They are commonly used in instant food processing, bakery systems, fillings, soup mixes, snack formulations and bulk food manufacturing.
Compared with potato flakes, potato granules offer a more granular structure and generally better flowability. This makes them suitable for automated dosing, dry blending and large-scale industrial handling.
